Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm at Kilmer Elementary School.
Attendees: Teresa Barnes, Rod Malloy, Charlie Gage, Beth Gannon, Kathleen Mc Cormick
Minutes from November and January meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer Report:
This position is still in transition at this time.
Teresa Barnes gave her ideas and comments on how the budget should be modified in the future and how to handle the capital reserve fund.
Also, questions came up regarding the insurance policy that covers the board: 1. where is this policy and 2. what does it cover?
Water Update:
Charlie provided a list of the homeowners that were fined for 2007 overusage.
It was suggested that we should have a representative at the annual meeting of the Great Water Divide.
New Business:
Comment was made that the letter sent to homeowners informing them of the budget meeting was not clear in respect to the homeowners voting.
We will try to send mass email to let them know.
Brian Sutton from the water district will speak to the board and homeowners April/May
Rod Malloy presented information for management companies.
A committee will be formed to review options and interview companies prior to presentation to the board in 60 days.
We may need to increase the annual dues to accommodate expenses. We will also need to adjust the 2008 budget if we move forward with this project.
During the March meeting the board needs to approve an amount ($500) to allocate to legal expenses to help research management groups.
