Wissler Ranch Homeowner's Association Board Meeting

Those is attendance: Gary Fish, Gerry Major, Mark Cookson, Mike Sabath, Sonja Sabath, Frank Gyetvan

Gary Fish called the meeting to order at 7:45 pm. At Gerry Major's , 4475 Wavy Oak Dr.

The minutes were reviewed and approved from the May meeting. There was no Discussion. Mike Sabath moved to approve, Frank Gyetvan seconded the motion.
Covenant Report-Nick Dienes was out of town, but sent in the Covenant Report. Report attached to the Agenda Sheet. Frank suggested that Nick put the dates when a violation is reported, so we will know the time frame.
DRC- Jim Montgomery was out of town, but sent in his report. The report is attached to the Agenda Sheet.
Treasurer's Report-Sonja Sabath stated that as of June 1st, we have $50,401.77 in the bank. Deposits of $2,475.00. Acct Balance as of June 20, 2005 is $52.876.77. 20 homeowners did not pay their dues yet. Notices will be sent out to them within 2 weeks.
A Presentation was made by Qwest for High Speed Internet (DSL). Many homeowners came for this presentation. There was a question and answer period for those interested in it.
New Business-
A ) Annual Picnic Lynn Matte agreed to Co-ordinate the Picnic. Mario Salazar agreed to help him. Gerry Major agreed to send them the information from last year's picnic. No date was set so far.
B) Nick Dienes sent in a question about the trees blocking the lights at the mailboxes. One needs to be repaired. The discussion was put off until the July meeting.

Gary moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 pm. Mike seconded it.
