Those present: Gary Fish, Jim Montgomery, Nick Diennes, Frank Gyetvan, Tony Gallo, Gerry Major, Mark Cookson, Mario Salazar, Patty Morgan, and Lynn Roth
- Gary Fish moved to open the meeting at 7:30 pm at Kilmer Elementary School Library. Seconded by Jim Montgomery. Jim moved to approve February Minutes and Frank Gyetvan seconded it. All approved.
- Covenant Report
Nick Diennes stated that the popup trailer issue was settled. There has not been a lot of progress in the dog issue. The owners said they would build a dog run. Nick will call the offended party to see if there are any other issues with this dog. Nick will recommend that they work it out together. Nick will close out all other covenant issues. - Budget Report
Mike Coulup is out of town, so he sent the budget report in for all to see. At the April meeting we will vote on the budget. A letter to the community is going out with the budget. - Landscape Report
Mario Salazar of Salazar Solutions, Inc. and Patty Morgan made a presentation to the board of the Landscape Project for the Wissler Ranch Entrances. Lynn Roth will be the single point of contact to check the work completion and payment of funds. The final statement of work and the contract will be completed next Friday, one week from the 18th of March. Mario agreed to present the Board with proof of his Liability Insurance and Bonding. He stated that in no way would Wissler Ranch Home Owners be liable for any loss or injury during the project. Jim Montgomery moved that the Board accept the contract from Salazar Solutions, Inc. subject to the statement of work, and the proof of insurance to Gary Fish. Mark Cookson seconded the motion. . Mario stated that he would need one week to submit it and then start the work. 6 were in favor with one abstention (Gary). The motion was carried. Gary moved to adjust the contract to $36,000.00 to include bigger signs. Frank Gyetvan seconded it. All approved. - New Business
Mark Cookson stated that we need someone to volunteer to do the water readings, cards and to contact Chuck Fossen next year. We will try to get the word out for this. Gary acknowledged all the fine work done by Mark Cookson and the Landscape Committee with Thanks and Applause by all.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 pm.
The next meeting will take place on April 21st.
