Information

The HOA is self-managed by volunteers.  The HOA does not maintain a business office, telephone, or full-time staff.  If you need information that is not available on the website or have a specific concern, please consult the listing of the Board, Officers, and Committee Chairs and send an email to the appropriate point of contact.   You will get an email response and your concerns will be addressed.  Our Buying and Selling in Wissler Ranch web page has information for realtors and prospective property owners.

If you wish to become involved in the community please contact any Board member or attend a meeting of the Board.

It is very important that the HOA has current mailing addresses in order to send notifications concerning official HOA business including annual assessments, the annual meeting of the members, and the budget ratification meeting. It is the responsibility of each home/lot owner to provide a current mailing address if it is different from the home or lot address.

The HOA maintains an email list, used for official HOA business only, to send limited, neighborhood-wide information. Providing email addresses is voluntary; they will not be released or made public. Please send contact updates to the Board.

HOA Responsibilities:

  • Administering the Water Augmentation Plan
  • Maintaining the Common Area and real property of the Association
  • Enforcing Covenants

HOA Membership

Per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, all home and lot owners within Wissler Ranch are automatically members of the Wissler Ranch Homeowners Association.  Membership, covenant compliance, and annual assessment payments are mandatory.

It is the responsibility of each home/lot owner to provide a current mailing address if it is different from the home or lot address.
