Those present: Gary Fish, Frank Gyetvan, Jim Montgomery, Tony Gallo, Mike Coulup, Carla Gyetvan

  1. The meeting was called to order by Gary Fish at 7:35 PM at Kilmer Elementary School Library. Gary Fish moved and Jim Montgomery seconded to approve the minutes of the October 28, 2004 Annual Meeting with the provision that the inserts be attached to the minutes for the permanent record.

  2. Fish moved and Gyetvan seconded to approve the minutes of the January 20, 2005 with a correction noting that the Filing 2 Fire Report was approved on November 19, 2004.

  3. Landscape/Entrance Way Committee - no action

  4. Covenant Committee - no action

  5. Treasurer Report - Fish moved and Gallo seconded that Dues Notices are to be mailed on March 15, 2005 with a due date of June 1 and 20% fine after June 1. The 2005 budget proposal will be mailed with the March 15 Dues Notice with a letter from Fish to notify when the Board will ratify the budget.

  6. Covenant Report- Nick Diennes
    The current issues are : 1) dogs barking and crossing their invisible fence line. 2) a motorhome on Slash Pine 3) formalizing covenant complaints 4) some trailer issues
    Nick states that the covenant issues are improving. There have been questions about accessing fines and recovering them. It is covered in the covenant law that we can access fines, and can recover fines and expenses in collecting these fines, but we want that to be the last resort. We will exhaust attempts to contact the offenders both personally and in correspondence before we take further action on fines.

  7. New Business - It was reported that the open space path needs repair. Fish will investigate and report at the April meeting.

Fish moved and Montgomery seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 PM.
