Board members : Frank Gyevan, Beth Gannon, Sonja Sabath, Bob Lindow, and Tony Gallo
- Call to order - 7:30 Pm
- Previous minutes reviewed - Previous meeting minutes reviewed - following amended: Committee Report, Section #6, Item #4 to read "Extreme Landscaping will plow mailbox area on an as needed basis". Amended minutes M/S by Beth/Tony & Approved
- Treasurer's report: Treasurer's Report - Sonja submitted 2007 Budget for board approval. The $7000 approved for the Commons area improvements at the February meeting was added to the budget. Amended budget M/S by Bob/Sonja & Approved
- Committee Reports Wissler Ranch E-mail Directory - Tony has compiled 97 addresses from residents. Tony, with Beth's help, will try to gather additional addresses.
- A Wissler Ranch resident has requested that the Board review and consider the possibility of installing a cell phone tower in the Commons area. Beth has reviewed the Covenants and find that many problems will exist with this proposal. Beth suggested that a "straw poll" be sent to all residents to determine what level of interest that may exist with this proposal.
- The plan for additional lightning in the mailbox building approved at the February meeting was discussed. A total 3 new lightning fixtures will be added.
- No reports from Covenants, DRC, or Landscape Committees
