Attendees:
Board members : Frank Gyetvan, Beth Gannon, Mike Sabath, Bob Lindow, and Steve Gerard. Treasurer : Sonja Sabath
- Call to order - 7:30 PM
- Beth made an announcement that Tony Gallo is moving from CS and will be leaving the Board this summer. A replacement board member will needed to fill out Tony's term.
- Previous meeting minutes read by Beth and approved without amendments. M/S by Steve /Frank.
- Treasurer's Report - Sonja submitted HOA books to CPA Jeff Cohen for a review to determine if a Letter of Intent is required. Also he will check his files to verify if our IRS filings are up to date.
- Wissler Ranch E-mail Directory - Since Tony will be leaving the board, it is hoped that Brian Freese will maintain and continue to update the E-mail list as new data is acquired.
- Beth will send out an E-mail poll to all Wissler Ranch residents to determine what level of interest exists to install a cell phone tower in the Commons area.
- Maintenance Com. Report - Lighting and landscaping projects will be completed when weather permits.
- Covenants Com. Report - New report on dog jumping electric fence on Lockridge Dr.. Steve will check covenants on this matter. Open
- Landscape Com. Report - Beth called ChemLawn to begin weed control spraying when weather permits.
- Beth reported that several new residents have not been visited by the Welcoming Com. She will contact Gerry Major to determine the current status of the committee
- Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM M/S by Beth/Frank & approved.
