Wissler Ranch Homeowner's Association Board Meeting

Those in attendance: Gary Fish, Jim Montgomery, Gerry Major, Frank Gyetvan, Tony Gallo, Sonja Sabath, Mike Sabath.
Gary Fish called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm, at the home of Gerry and Richard Major, 4475 Wavy Oak Dr.
- Action item: Gary Fish agreed to talk to the lawyer regarding the one year limitation on violations, and report back to the board.
- Covenants report: Nick Dienes was not present, and there was no covenant report.
- Treasurer's report: Everyone on the Board received the treasurer's report (attached to April agenda). 77 homeowners have paid their dues so far.
- H.O.A. Positions-Gary moved to appoint Sonja Sabath as Treasurer. Frank Gyetvan seconded it. Vote taken. All approved.
- Gary moved to appoint Mike Sabath as a Board Member. Frank seconded it. Vote taken. All approved.
- Annual Picnic.- Gary stated that no volunteers have come forth yet. Gary put up a notice for volunteers at the mailboxes.
- New Business
Action item: Sonja Sabath will investigate the bonding of Board Members, the Insurance for Board Members and the Co-Signing of the Checks. - Gary handed out copies of the Bi-Laws. All agreed to read them by next meeting so they could be discussed.
- Next meeting on Wednesday, June 22 at 6:30 for the Board at Major's, 4475 Wavy Oak Dr. 7:30 pm for General Public
Gary moved to close meeting at 8:20 pm.
