This includes, but is not limited to: initial construction, additions, driveways, septic systems, outbuildings, storage facilities, façade changes, fencing, landscaping, hard-scaping, play-scapes, pet fencing, enclosures, and dog houses.

The cluster mail boxes for the Wissler Ranch community are located next to the common area on Wissler Ranch Road.  The U.S. Postal Service handles all mail delivery through the Briargate Post Office in Colorado Springs.  Contact them with questions on mail service, including obtaining keys to your mail box.

Property owners are responsible for providing current mailing addresses to the HOA Secretary and Treasurer if they are different from their Wissler Ranch home or lot address.
