The proposed changes to the current Wissler Ranch Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR), commonly referred to as Covenants were mailed to homeowners on Friday, March 10, 2018. This is the first step in the approval process.
If approved, the Proposed Final Amended and Restated Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions i.e. Covenants; will become the official Wissler Ranch Covenants and replace the existing covenants.
