Wissler Ranch HOA annual assessments are due to the association on February 15, 2020. Assessments (dues) are owed for each lot. The amount of the 2020 assessment is $235. Checks should be mailed to Wissler Ranch HOA, 20325 Wissler Ranch Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908 in sufficient time to arrive by Feb 15th. Please be sure to include your Wissler Ranch address on the check.
