Dear Fellow Homeowners,
Please see the attached notice of cancellation of the July 15 board meeting. Since we won’t have a quorum, there is no point in holding a meeting. I’m sorry this comes to you so late, but I was just informed of the loss of one director’s attendance, which would have made the quorum. The attachment will also be posted on the bulletin board next to the mail structure.
