Dear Homeowners,

As you may know, a meeting of the Board of Wissler Ranch Homeowners Association is scheduled for 10:00 AM, this Saturday, January 20, at Tri-Lakes United Methodist Church. I have discovered that we’ll lack a quorum, so this meeting is hereby cancelled.  I wanted to get this message sent just as soon as I was informed, to avoid people arriving at the Church, only to find that there is no meeting.

A message from Nadine Awald, December 12, 2023:

The Neighborhood Watch has a new email address that will come directly to me!

Neighborhood Watch is a program sponsored by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, not a Wissler Ranch committee.  It operates independently, now with a new address for all of us in Wissler Ranch.

Of course, Nadine will address anything of concern under the NEW business section during Board meetings.

The former address, Watchchair@wisslerranch.com, will no longer be working.

Hopefully, all of us who are participating in the current list will still be on the list I have put together but, just in case, I have asked the Board to inform homeowners, so that you know there is a new address. I would like to have anyone contact me at this address if you would like to make sure your name is on the current list or would like to be removed. 

Also, if you are new to Wissler Ranch and would like to be on the email list, please send me your address.

The email list will NOT be a social media site, so no discussions back and forth with other homeowners, regarding complaints.  Always feel free to contact me directly with any concerns. 

This email address comes to me directly. There hasn’t been anything important to send out regarding Neighborhood Watch currently.  You probably will only get emails if there is news of some sort, regarding Neighborhood Watch’s program, newsletters, OUR Wissler Ranch issues, etc., anything related to crime, suspicious activity, street issues, etc.  If it is an HOA Board issue, I will direct you there.
