Design Review Guidelines – Covenants require all structures, landscaping, and other site modifications to conform with the Covenants and Design Review Guidelines and be approved in advance of the start date by the Design Review CommitteeApproval of location, design, materials, and grade modification is required before any improvement(s) is/are initiated on any lot. This includes but is not limited to: initial construction, additions, driveways, septic systems, outbuildings, storage facilities, façade changes, fencing, landscaping, hardscaping, play-scapes, as well as pet fencing, enclosures. and dog houses.

Recreational Vehicle Temporary Parking Policy   – This policy governs the temporary parking of recreational vehicles.

Well Operation, Water Use, and Well Meter Reporting Policy well operation and water use is governed by State of Colorado Water Court Decrees, each lot’s well permit, special warranty deed, and the Covenants. This policy provides procedures for administering the water augmentation plan, well usage, and annual well meter reading reporting. Homeowners must read their well meter each November 1st and report the total amount to the HOA no later than November 5th each year. Readings may be placed in the mail kiosk drop box or emailed to waterreporting@wisslerranch.com before the deadline.
